I have a question with those tr. in compasses 29, 31, 124 and 126.






I'm confused on what notes do I have to play and what fingering it will be the better to make those tr.

I posed a similar question just last week. Got a few suggestions on fingering. Take a look here. The bottom line: they're not easy.

As for what notes to play: In measure 29, the trill is between A# and B, and at the end, there's the written-in turn. So the minimum you would play in measure 29 is: A# octave - B - A# - G# - A# - B octave. Repeat the initial A# and B before the turn if you want to put more notes in. I hope that makes the other trill instances clear too.

Thanks for that, the fingering looks nice to me, but I still don't get the notes for the trill with the f-octave.

It looks kinda hard to me because the f is with double #, and i don't understand if I have to play the trill f##-e-f##, etc. or other way.

If anyone could let me know I will be happy

The second trill is played: F## (octave) - G# - F## - E# - F## - G# (octave).

Again, you can repeat the first two notes if you want a more ambitious trill.

F## is enharmonic to (i.e. "the same as") G, and E# is enharmonic to F, so it might be easier to read this trill as: G (octave) -- G# -- G -- F -- G -- G# (octave).

I'm learning it right now. Since it goes so fast and I have a fairly small hand I play it as a 5-note turn beginning on the note. I use the following fingering. I play the octave 1-5, release the thumbs almost instantaneously, then I use 4,3,2,3 and land on the next octave 1-5. Same fingering works for all four trills. Another fingering trick my teacher has me doing is with the 32nd notes in the coda. Rather than use my weak 5th finger of my right hand on the C#s at the tops, I just shift my hand and hit them with the thumb. Same with the 2 As in the next group. The very last group, beacuase it's slower I do 2,3,5. With the pedal down, you get a huge sound.
