Just wondering,

Does anyone here like the Angizia piano? But the one performed by Cedric Muller? I dont like their new voice currently, but the second CD of theirs is full of an amazing piano.

Anyone heard of Angizia?

I had never heard of Angizia before, but I looked them up on Rhapsody, and since I am a fan of symphonic metal, I listened to a few of their songs. I agree that the piano work is nice. The vocals contain a few too many death grunts for my liking (I prefer more melodic groups like Nightwish and Within Temptation), but I was happy to gain some exposure to their work.

They remind me very strongly of Haggard, another symphonic metal group with strong classical overtones, e.g., "Eppur Si Muove"

Hi and thanks for the welcome.

I dont much like the voice either, it mostly their piano Im after. I think where the piano is most evident is in their second CD. After that, they are too circusy for me. I wish they still had their old piano player.
