We see too many posts from Casio owners re problems with sticky or wobbling keys. If this DP is still under warranty, contact the dealer. Tell him you want the keyboard fixed or replaced.

Even if the key wobbles, if you pull it sidewards with one hand and depress it with the other, it must still move up and down with ease.
It must not touch the other key.

If a glissando is played, then strong horicontal forces act on the key and if it doesnt fulfill the above requirement it will stick and the glissando will sound irregular.

If this condition is met, that is, the key moves easy under all conditions and doesnt touch neighbour keys then the wobbling is only a cosmetic problem.

I have an early Casio PX330 with sideways wobbly keys. On some arpeggios or scales three pairs of them 'click'. There is no other impact at all on the sound or smoothness. I have a 3 year warranty with my Casio, 2 years to go, and will get round to getting it fixed at some time before the warranty expires.

The black keys on Casio products all have considerable side to side motion. I have one of their older Privias and the black keys have more side to side motion than the white keys. The white keys on mine hardly wobble at all. I haven't had any trouble with the black keys, they play fine and don't hang.

On the other hand, I have noticed on the new three sensor keybeds PX-30 series there is a lot more side to side play on the white keys and that is where many complaints are being reported. Some are having issues with the keys hitting adjacent keys causing clicking. Casio seems to be fixing these by replacing the keybeds.

Yah I returned my AP-620 due to the very problematic, distracting, clicky, wobbly keybed. If you can, return it and Get Thyself a Kawai.

I had the same problem with my AP-620 and returned it and bought a Yamaha YDP 161, which I highly recommend.
