According to the AP-620 specifications, the instrument weighs 82.2 lbs.
While certainly not light, I believe it should be possible for two/three people to lift the instrument over a relatively short distance.

If you are required to disassemble the instrument (e.g. only the main keyboard part is required for the repair, and not the stand/pedals), simply follow the assembly instructions (included in/with the owner's manual) in reverse order.

Kind regards,
James

I assume you don't need to bring in the stand, just the piano keyboard unit. There is no way a ap620 is even close to 200 pounds. I'd say less then half that. Certainly well under 100 if you take the stand off. The way to move it is to get a dolly like one of these
Hand Truck

After you remove the stand you wrap the piano in a blanket then set it on end and tie it to the hand truck with bungee cords. Then it is on wheels and even a small person will have no trouble moving it.

If you have to buy a hand truck and can't borrow or rent one then look for the one with the largest pneumatic tires you can afford. Large bouncy tires make stairs easier to manage.

But really just find some one to help. Lots of guys would have no trouble carrying a 100 pound piano.
