What you see above is the start of this year's new list starting tomorrow morning. There can't be two users with the same name on the forums - what you are seeing is your registration for this coming year, not for the year we're finishing. I hope that makes sense? If not, then I don't understand, so kindly send me a pm and we'll sort it out without fillig up this thread ok ? cheers

Cheryl, how do I paste the MYOD 2010 into my sig. later tonight? Thanks. Go to Edit Profile and the link to the appropriate image to your signature, then encase it in the [img] tags. If you do a quote and reply to this message, you'll see the exact code in the quoted section :

Also, I have a question. The online log isn't letting me do anything; it says my name is not on the list. Is it supposed to belike this until the challenge starts or something?

I'm in! This is wonderful! From one year to the next, though, I cannot remember how to access the signature- let alone add my years (08,09,10)! Can someone message me the link the the signature with a repeat of the directions? I am so sorry to request this (I'm sure I had to ask last year- but this is one of those threads I don't log on to unless I miss practicing...) thanks so much!

I've put instructions for getting the images into your signature on the first page. It is basically, select image, right click, copy the URL from properties, go to profile, click in your signature box, click on add an image, paste the URl, save Likewise I've added a little explanation that the practice log requires a new registration. @ Mark.. glad you've joined us, and I see in the 2010 thread you said you're available for backup - that's great, thanks very much!

I'm in.
I'm a low-intermediate level player returning after 15 years with limited access to a piano. We just moved in a piano and I've been diligent with my practice over the last month. I feel like now's the time to buckle down. I'm working on a wide-range of pieces... solo arrangments for church, as well as honing on my skills using Czerny and Bach... Also relearning all my scales, chords, etc. with the aid of The Complete Book of Scales, Chords, Arpeggios and Cadences and trying to focus on the skills/talent I maintained over the last 15 years /vs/ the skills I've lost.

Cheryl Does my rollup keyboard count for when I'm out of town? hmmmmmm........Sure, I think it does. (just curious...how big is it? Does it have earphones, how does it work? ) Cheryl I found my roll up keyboard. It does have earphone capability. It rolls out 49 keys and stores in a bag about 6"by10"by 3". Works on batteries or plug.

okay I just went and tried to log my practice, but it won't let me put in a year beyond 2010. Should I just log it as 1/1/10?

Count me in on joining the MOYD list. It's great to have the extra motivation to practice.
