Very nicely done! Your son has a very intuitive musical sense and very good technique. This is a very good performance for any age of this virtuoso Liszt piece, but considering the fact that your son is 12 makes it an even better one...

This is a top class performance for a 12 year old and for any pianist for that matter :P This is awesome, your son can be one of the top pianists of his generation if he keeps at this and goes to the best teachers available. I guarantee it.

This is really a top-top-top class performance! The little descending phrases at around 1:55 were beautifully shaped, not tossed off as many others do, and the repeated octave notes passage was a model of clarity. The detailed dynamics and articulation throughout were awe-inspiring. For a mature musician this would be a very good performance, for one at age 12 its simply breathtaking. BRAVO!

A perennially hopeful amateur!
