To all you new owners of low end DP’s like the Casio PX stage series or Yahaha P-95.

I just received by mail the M-Audio SP-2 universal Sustain Pedal for my PX 130. What a difference it made over the pedal that came with my PX 130 by Casio. I don’t know if Yamaha or the others include anything different in the same price range as my DP. If you purchased a similar DP and you’re not happy with the pedal, get this one. The pedal that came with my PX 130 would slide away during use It was frustrating to keep it under my feet. Like with an acoustic piano, the Sp-2 feels natural, it’s heavy, long and stays put. What’s most amazing, it was only $16 bucks from amazon.con plus shipping. The quality of this particular pedal is superb. It could have easily sold for 4 times the price and I would have bought it if it had. Why didn’t Casio include a pedal like this as a standard accessory? It would add little to nothing to their cost but would have made for great accessory especially for an accessory as standard as this. Just wanted to pass this along.

Yeah I have the pedal and am very satisfied with the feel. The only drawback is it doesn't support half pedaling so the Yamaha FC3 would be my other option.
