The LU range consisted of smallish modern styled pianos similar in appearance to the current b1 and the old M108. The LU101 was very similar in design to these models at 110cm. Not seen one for a while, but the LU-201 was a much less popular and taller variant at about 114 cm tall with 3 pedals. The pillarless styling is slightly at odds with the height of the piano, and the pricing was too close to the far better and more traditionally styled U1 to make it a good buy new. A good secondhand buy if cheap enough though.
They were all made in Japan, so check the serial number and post it up so we can date it for you.
