The only thing preventing me from owning a Steinway & Sons produced piano, is Steinway & Sons Customer Service. They should work on that.
Fortunately the piano I want the most is sold by Steinway & Sons! Unfortunately the piano I want the most is only sold by Steinway & Sons.

Except that the plate is not from a grand piano, but a vertical. I know, minor detail...:)

Funny…I just had a call last week; some guy looking for a grand piano plate to hang in his music studio….didn’t ask why though….you just never know what is going to sell in the marketplace……

I wonder if the tone in this is similar to a Memphis Aeolian...the price is certainly right. http://albany.craigslist.org/bab/2217280454.html

Six time twelve is, uhhhh, 60 + 12 = 72. Add four, ummm, 73, 74, 75, 76! I get 76. Where did I go wrong? Kees

Makes me wonder about myself......Maybe I should check for missing fingers on myself?

I thought maybe Dale is missing four fingers and could only count up to 64 with the remaining 6. If you post a picture of your hand I'll be happy to count them for you to make sure Cheers, Kees

Here another piano with an unusual amount of keys (52). Or is the owner missing fingers? I count 88. Kees
