I need help with the left hand fingering starting the second half of measure 8 (C#-B-E#, my Schirmer's Library version says 5-3-1, which is impossible). I have been using my right hand thumb for the E#, which makes the transition awkward and slow for the next measure. Also I need help with left hand fingering for measure 10.
I did a search and couldn't find this topic. I thought I remember seeing it before. Thanks!

In both my editions, it's measure 9 that has the left hand chord of C, B, E-sharp, which I play with 5, 2, 1, and I roll the chord. Even with my relatively large hand, I can't play that as a solid chord.
For your second question, do you mean measure 10 or 11 (since your count was off for your first question)?

OK, I can do 5-2-1, and it's better, thanks!
Yes, I am off by one measure, sorry. So I need help for measure 11.

Measure 11, left hand :
I play :
F-sharp/A : 4/5, C-sharp : 2 D : 1 E-natural : 2 F-sharp : 1
This fingering (Peters edition, ed. and fingering by Herrmann Scholtz) enables me to hold the lower F-sharp comfortably through the measure.
I hope this helps.
