I can't believe that we've gone through two pages and nobody's mentioned Grieg and Saint-Saens. Grieg's seven fugues are in Peters Vol. IV of his Piano Works, their catalog No. 3100d. Saint-Saens' Op. 161 six fugues are available from Masters Music Publications.

Anent Reicha, Beethoven was familiar with Reicha's fugues, and felt he had turned them into something that was no longer a fugue "daß die Fuge keine Fuge mehr ist." I would not let that keep me from investigating them.

Edit: Apologies to wr, who, I see, did mention Saint-Saens' fugues.
