I am currently look for a used piano for my 6 year daughter for piano study.

After listened to many of the used pianos 52" and 48", and two new 48" ones (new Yamaha U1, and Kawai K3). I find myself more in favor of a 52" full size piano).

KAWAI US55 $3800 (1988)
KAWAI US63H $4500 (1989)
Yamaha U3 $3900 (1984)
Yamaha UX30 $5700 (1994)
Yamaha YUX $4200 (1982)

And a private sell Kawai RX1 Baby Grand $5500 (1968)

Grand piano is out of consideration, as I felt it's too big for a normal house (Don't want to sacrifice a whole living room for a piano).

Among the above listed Uprights, I would like to hear some opinion on which one is the best in terms of price value.

The RX1 didn't exist in 1968.

A list of models and years won't tell you anything about the condition and ultimate value. All are among the better models available at the time from those manufacturers, but a lot can happen in 17-29 years that will outweigh initial build quality.

You should not assume they are the same or in similar condition. Play or listen to several and inspect your favorite, just in case, for serious flaws that would preclude you from purchasing.

At the higher end of your price range, there are new pianos that would serve you better or at least as well as these older models, just from different brands. Even at the lower end of your budget, there are new pianos that are surprisingly nice and are not ... middle aged.

Good luck in your search.

Thanks for you suggestions.

I actually had thoughts on Yamaha U1 and Kawai K3. In canada, they are priced around $7800 for U1 and $6000 for K3 when purchase in 10+ group. However, the sound of these pianos are not as good as those 52" used ones, especially the bass.

As with any used piano, price depends on condition of the instrument. You should have a qualified technician examine any used piano you are considering.

That being said, if you are not tied to Yamaha or Kawai brands you might find you can get a newer, or even new, piano with comparable quality at the price points you are considering in a used piano. Check out pianobuyer.com and look at the comparable brands, then go listen to some of them. You might also pay Glenn Treibitz at Hollywood pianos a visit. He has wonderful pianos in the price point you are considering and he has a vast knowledge of the current market.

The 52" tone could be better than 48", but you should consider other factors like condition (on used) and action (vs. other brands). It's totally fine to favor the 52" but I like to take everything into consideration. If there's a 45" with decent enough sound and great in all other areas (a new K-2, for example), I'd prefer that over a middle-aged 52". Like Sam said, there are other brands with 50" and 52" models, new, for similar money that could give you something you like in terms of sound.

Thing with tone is that "there's always a better tone" until you max out the size of the piano. And even then, a concert grand might not sound as good (subjectively) as a smaller piano, depending on the piano and the environment.
