The broadcasts remain available online for about a week. I have listened to the Dvorak quintet by the Takacs quartet and Stephen Hough. Magnificent. On today's program: my favorite artist Steven Isserlis teams up with Joshua Bell and Jeremy Denk (as well as others) for a great program: Beethoven : Duet in Eb WoO.32 ‘Augengläsern’ Schubert: Piano Trio No. 2 in Eb D929 Dvorák: Four Romantic Pieces Op. 75 (arr. for 2 violins and viola) Elgar: Piano Quintet in A minor Op. 84 As a bonus, you get to hear Horszowski playing a Chopin impromptu at Wigmore at the age of 98!!! Also interesting chat with Isserlis, who remembers being blown away by Horszowski's Bach sound.. The Elgar is particularly gorgeous: Link
