Here's my vote for an "Ave Maria" to the mountains:

This one has been going through my head since I got to see young Sergei Saratovsky play Mozart's Piano Concerto No. 23 with Symphony Nova Scotia a couple of days ago. The kid looks like a young Bill Gates and was amazing on the piano! I absolutely love this one! I couldn't find it by Saratovsky on Youtube.

Yup, I like Sunday's classical postings!

funny anecdote- was playing this piece for my teacher and I was apparently playing it in too fast a tempo. I was imagining a happy, swimming swan- not knowing the background.
5 seconds into playing, teacher starts hollering (and she's a bit of a nut, mind you) " NO! NO! The swan is dying! the swan IS DEAD! " hahhahah! it got me to slow down, alright.

After Ten years the Cranberries have done a new albumn, which promises to be just as excellent and amazing as anything they have done before. Lead singer now lives in Ontario . Canada.

The new albumn is called ROSES and comes out on the 27th of february.

Really nice piano work Rossy! I really enjoyed listening. It does inspire me to keep at it with Clair de Lune. I'm just dropping by briefly. I'll be back later today after I've had time to hear the other posts here. I'm particularly eager to hear the Cranberries and Enya.

It is a good day... guess who is getting a piano?? I couldn't sleep last night! BillyO said it is to make the woodpeckers go away. Apparently when I'm playing the digital with headphones, it sounds like woodpeckers.

So I guess in the next week or two, we will be searching for a decent upright. I am spoiled rotten.

Hey Rossy, I missed your performance in Piano Bar. I liked it so much. You manage to maintain the rhythm fantastically. I love to listen to performances from people who I know. Very good!

Today has been a confusing day, first I thought someone said it was a forgery, but what they meant was fake, which apparently isnt a bad thing...

I still have not had a chance to listen to the other posts. I keep getting pulled away to help out on some projects around the house. I'm not complaining, however. One those projects involves getting my DP linked directly into the computer so that I can have greater flexibility in recording my practice sessions.

BTW, has anyone heard from Wayne? I wonder what he's up to these days.

In all honesty, Wayne said he was OK, and then said "honestly" and he would be away for a while.
There must be something to keep him away, he loves his music, and loves sharing stuff.
I really hope he lets us know whats happening soon, OR just comes back soon.
He must know he has real friends on here that he can tell anything to if needs be.
Wayne, if your a lurking, "DUDE come on" lol.
