It may be a little too difficult for me just now. Having played a try-out of the first half, really slowly, I get the impression that it embodies the same mental torture to be found in Bach's Inventions. That sensation that your two hands need to be completely independent, and your brain split into two. Or maybe that's what needs to be faced with any new piece that's slightly challenging...? Anyways, I might do some HS practice, and see how that goes. Currently working on: F. Couperin - Preludes & Sweelinck - Fantasia Chromatica J.S. Bach, Einaudi, Purcell, Froberger, Croft, Blow, Frescobaldi, Glass, Couperin 1930s upright (piano) & single manual William Foster (harpsichord)
