PPP, thanks for your deep and thoughtfull concern, I am not actually feeling OK today, in fact I am a little depressed.
It all started with Mrs. Rossy getting all romantic. Let me elucidate.
Mrs Rossy was looking in her wardrobe, and found her wedding dress from 15 years ago. (I just want to point out that this particular dress was a total waste of money, she only wore it once.)
She said today: "It would be so romantic if I was buried in this"
I said ; " you better make sure then, that you die of some sort of wasting disease, cos thats the only way you will ever fit back into it" I went on to say, "If you die of natural causes, I will have to just throw it into the coffin on top of you, does that count as romantic?"
Apparently , it doesn't, and she threatened to cook dinner again.
Not the bestest of days.

And my Diplomatic Award of the Week goes to...Rossy! Ah well, tomorrow is another day!

Wayne, I think you should start with Bachs Menuet. I have the sheet music for it, and it seems to be so easy that even I can manage it with a bit of hard work. And G minor is my favorite key. I intend to start with it when I have got my Handel piece in reasonable shape. I hope I can manage without the Clayt method, but its the results that count. I didn't see this post, till now, do you fancy sending me a copy, I will give it a go, still gonna do the lady gaga fugue though. Rossy, you could start feeding Mrs Rossy healthier stuff, as a romantic gesture! (thnx for your advice by the way, it looks like I'm honoured)

I tried to feed mrs.Rossy more healthier food, really I did, I said "mrs. R, I am only going to make you one bacon and egg and mushroom and tomatoe sandwich for breakfast from now on, instead of the three you normally have"
She went ballistic, Vicky pollard would have run. Kicks, and screams and more tantrums than Jordan without a credit card.
I had to compromise and agree to cook her mid morning roast dinner earlier on in the day.
And I found her hiding venison behind the cushions on the sofa again.

Wayne, if you try Bachs menuet in G minor, you could learn Bachs menuet in G major after that. It's almost the same, so it won't cost much effort to learn. Then you can play it like a real menuet: majort part, minor part, major part. After that, you can edit a video of lady gaga quickstepping to it and put it on youtube. It would be fun, I think.

Yes, they are BWV 114 (major part) and BWV Anh 115 (minor part). Although your first link, I couldn't open, but the name looks like it. And second one is the minor part.

Wayne, the minuet in G minor is on the original site you found in your first post but take a look at what me and pianomaly had to say in Page 1 of this (i.e. your) thread.

Did take a look back, but I'm just gonna stick to the one's on the site I posted originally, at first I couldn't see the g minor one (because when I clicked on the 115, i was looking at the key signiture and thinking, oh thats not in g minor, but as you say, they flat all the e's where necessary) So i know what I'm doing now, thank you to everyone
