Bill,
Loved both of your covers! Carole King is one of my favorites, too. She is such a talent and so are you. Your repertoire is huge and there is so much good music you share. I spend a fair amount of time checking into your channel. I just need to post more there.

Glen

Bill that September song was wonderful! I am in awe! Your playing is so passionate and the way you accompany your voice seems effortless. Your piano has an amazing sound, but perhaps that's contributed to by the artist! I wish I could sing a note!

Bill You never fail to make me nostalgic! "..September" was always a favorite of mine, although not as well know as others of hers. Great take on this one! "Up on The Roof" is fantastic! It brought back memories of my friends & I climbing up on the garage roof with our beach towels to tan and listening to the radio, and when this song would come on, we would laugh and say, "yeah, the roof's a great place to be.". Thanks for both songs!

I was listening to Pandora radio the other day and came across this song.
This song is called Song from a secret garden by Secret Garden

All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.

Augustina~
That is a beautiful melody you chose to play. You played it with a great deal of sensitivity. Thanks for introducing Secret Garden. Very nice.

Wow AT, I just listened to White Horse and Just the way it is - you can really play! smile The classical work you have done has definitely paid off. Regarding your posture, I don't know, maybe you need the stool a little lower? You are a tall man and I think you may hunching in order to lower yourself. Still, for a hunchback you have cute knees!

Glen, If that's how rainy days are, I just wanted it to keep raining. You have a wonderful sense of space in this.

At least you can see them. For the past 5 years I have weighed over 250lbs and lost 50 lbs or over 20 kg since april through watching carbs and exercise and probably also trying to play Mozart's sonana in a minor from He--!

I pretty much refused to be videod or photographed during that time!

Being a doctor it is easier to tell my patients to eat less and exercise when I am doing the same.

jazztpt - My Foolish Heart - I love these old standards and your playing brings out the melancholy mood of the piece perfectly. A wonderful recording.

jazztpt - My One and Only Love - Is this your arrangement? I like the way you change moods from the intro and 1st verse to the jaunty and clever phrasing of the bridge and 2nd verse. Well done!

Riddler - This one really swings! I'm impressed that your (virtual) bass player and drummer were able to keep up with you and match your groove. A real treat to listen to.

he he. I'm another of those that finds music is the best way to stop fingers from other pursuits like shovelling food into my mouth. In your medical opinion, how many calories do I burn per semiquaver of Mozart-from-heck? I'll add them up and add them to my exercise routine. smile

Inlanding - I always look forward to your submission to the Bar. You play with such style and seem to have complete control of the keyboard - always, of course, hitting the right notes but also conveying the emotion of the piece. While all three were enjoyable I found myself coming back to Pastiche2 for several re-listens. I a big fan of sentimental, bluesy tunes and this hits the spot for me.

(I also use a program called Jammer Pro to create my rhythm section.)

Jammer Pro is really cool, you patch in various styles, chords, etc, plug in various algorithms and voila!

FYI, I was looking for Jammer Pro, and they're now called Bandora! https://bandora.com/en/
