To whom it may concern,

I've been away from the piano for several months now. I've been going thru some really difficult times. More difficult than I've ever experienced before. Piano always had a way of calming me. It brought me so much joy. It brought me peace. I need it back in my life.

I'm going to call my teacher right now and tell her I'm ready to come back.

I feel better already.

Bobby,

I think we have all been there at some point in our lives, when just getting to play piano is such an emotional toll on us because of turmoil in our lives that we just can't bring ourselves to do it.

Seasons like this in our lives happen, and when they're over, we come back and appreciate it even more than we did before. Sometimes I think in the long run this is for the better.
