1. Playing Hanon exercises start sounding like really catchy songs.

2. At rock concerts, you rather watch the pianist at work instead of the whole band.

Your bum goes numb and you suddenly realise that the kids and dogs haven`t be fed today...........

That's funny. Because I often tend to focus my attention to the pianist instead of the whole band. But I do not consider this to be a "problem", I just try to watch how the piano works and tend to "isolate" the piano sound from the rest of the sounds.

when you start tapping any horizontal surface

when you feel sad when a song doesn't have piano in it

when you take piano scores with you on the bus/train and read them

when you don't care your musical taste is a minority in society/friends

I'm starting to think people take things too seriously. You never heard of these "You know you have been xxxxx too much when.." jokes before?

And yes, I believe there can be too much piano in your life

lol that's typical for me too Luckily I've learned NOT to sit and play something while I'm using the oven... the smell was horrible

I had this realisation tonight, and it actually took a little while to figure out how to close the lid without trapping my fingers. In case you were wondering, it's really shiny, almost as if no dust has ever fallen on it. For a second there I was sad that I don't have the key, but quickly decided it'd be the least useful key I owned if I did have it!
