Glad you are keeping Grantchester meadows Griffin, its from Floyds Ummagumma albumn, written By Roger waters.
"Atom heart mother" produced this song also written by Roger waters.....

Possibly one of his finest here is the magical "IF" and if you want the chords for piano just ask me !!

Relax, and soak this one in....

Hey everybody! Great posts.

Just got back from my piano lesson. I would like to say for the record that Scriabin's Album Leaf makes my head spin.

Griffin, are you back at work?

Billybass is coming back tonight. I am thrilled.

Here's some Hot Hot Heat:

Thanks Rossy! I'll have to view it later. We have one of those blocks placed on this side of the Atlantic. I think I can get to see it another way. No problem!

Hi Everyone! Together at the same time! I'm loving these posts.

Wayne, fabulous choice with Minnie Ripperton (R.I.P.). What a fabulous voice she had. This was one of her best!

Hi Aimee. I loved the Hot Hot Heat! I had not listened to them before. Thanks! I start back to work on Tuesday. While I hate to end the wonderful vacation I've had, I am very lucky to be going back to a job I actually like doing! I know there are lots of folks who can't say that. I'm counting my blessings for that!

Right now, I getting organized for the usual daily routines. Laundry, advanced cooking for lunches, etc. I'll be checking in soon. However, I believe it's time to get another load of laundry in the machine! Back to the domestic chores! One of Rossy's favorite things to do! wink

Hi Griffin! I am online trolling YouTube (avoiding laundry duty)! I hate when I start looking at stuff; I keep going and going. Oh well. I too am off. I'm sure I'll be checking in after I get bored with cleaning.

Hey Wayne,
I only wish I didn't have to take a trip across the Atlantic to have one of those dinners. Sounds delicious!

My mom had a wringer washer with the twin-tub. If I had to do that, I'd probably be procrastinating even longer with getting my laundry done. Right now, me and the other half are trying to plan what's for dinner. That can take a while. We can both be a bit fussy about our choices. It usually comes out tasty, however.

We're trying to incorporate some of the veggies from our garden into tonight's meal. It forces us both to get more creative!

Rhubarb wine sounds interesting. Let me know how it comes out! We've made a dinner decision -- carry out! laugh

We have so many tomatoes and tomatillos to process from the garden tonight, that we won't have time to make dinner too! Of course it's a convenient excuse to have a burrito from our neighborhood carry out! smile

Oh what the heck! I'm still on vacation!

Good morning everyone! It's a work day for me and I feel thoroughly refreshed from my vacation. It's going to be a busy day (as usual). But here are some Memory Lane postings before I get to work.

My first post makes me think of my parents when I was in junior high school. Can you hear your parents voices when you listen to "Yakety Yak" by the Coasters?

I couldn't find The Crystals original recording of "He's a Rebel." However, here is a later performance, and they look FABULOUS!
