I'm looking for the date of manufacture on a Holland Cabinet Grand, serial no. 23058. Can any Piano Atlas owners help me out? Any other interesting tidbits anybody might know about Holland in general or even this particular model are also appreciated. Thanks y'all

It dates to about 1916. The company was in business for a dozen years, and got hit by the Great Depression, as happened to so many piano companies. The factory was in Menomonie, Wisconsin. At 95 years of age, it most likely has reached the end of its useful life.

Thanks for the info, and yeah, you could say it's a little rickety... My friend asked me if I could take a look at the malfunctioning sustain pedal (the dowel had simply come loose), and then we got to wondering how old it was.
