Hi gang,

I have recently put "earnest money" on a lovely looking, and nice playing and (as far as I can tell from 20 minutes with it, I'm no expert) sounding (though a bit out of tune at this time, so it's hard to judge) Petrof 125-111- one with the lovely red mahogany finish. Based on the serial number I judge it to be from between 2000-2006. The problem is, that I can't find any information on this model specifically. The 125 F1 and M1 have lots of reviews and advocates, but I can't find anything on the 125-111.

Does anyone know about it. What sort of red flags should I know about?

I believe the 111 refers to the cabninet style and finish.

Petrof's of those years were generally w]ell respected.

I played a couple of 125s from the mid 00's. Beautiful pianos. Such a sweet tone. One almost persuaded me to give up my quest for a grand at the time.
