That's about the max for that piano/private sale. It would need to be about perfect and in-tune. Definitely verify the age. Oak is typically a less popular color than mahogany, cherry and walnut, but in the 80's (that is a little older than 18 years) oak was much more popular.

THanks. I don't like oak either. But it is gonna be a beginning piano. We will definitely upgrade if the boy likes playing piano. That's about the max for that piano/private sale.
