Can you name some novelty songs you like to play?

Novelty songs, or novelty piano pieces? Cole Porter wrote the former, Zez Confrey the latter, just to name two composers from Peru. (Different states, though!)

I find it a fascinating genre, although it has mostly disappeared. I think Hiromi comes the closest to being a novelty pianist today.

That was quite fast and sort of jazzy.....I actually have quite a few pieces I consider novelty and was hoping to get ideas from others' experiences. I'll name one I consider a novelty or unique...it's called 'Scratch my Bach' by Peter Nero....

I like her and been to her concert once, very interesting and dynamic music. Not sure what kinda a genre is it, kinda mix of classical and rock

Genres in music are so fuzzy! I went to two concerts a few days ago. One was mostly classical, and the other, at the local jazz festival, had music that was even older, dating from the 12th century.
