Kawai MP6 Issue

Hello!
I have a Kawai MP6 and i'm very happy with it, but I noticed that when i was editing a electric piano patch with Phaser, a very loud noise appeared. The noise sounds like a policial siren. I tried to solve this with the factory reset, but when i edit again a SETUP, the siren noise reappeared. My Firmware version is V1.10.
Any help would help me a lot
Thanks

First, I set the Kawai MP6 in SETUP mode, next, I selected the sound 2-1-A (L.A. Piano), next I turn on the zone 3 and put in this zone the sound 2-4-C (Phase EP)and the noise start. I noticed that the noise start when the sound have Phaser 1/2 effect. I don't know how to attach a MP3 file, sorry for my ignorance and my bad english (i speak spanish)
Thank you

dx0m8w,
May I please ask you to list the steps required to reproduce the bug, and also post an MP3 of the sound you hear.
Kind regards, James x Hello, I uploaded the mp3 file in megaupload, this is the link: mp6 noise mp3

It sounds totally bizarre! Never heard anything like it. Maybe you've been overtaxing the hamsters

I do not know if this is a specific problem of the keyboard or a MP6 bug. The noise is very annoying Thanks

I've just spent the day wrestling with my Numa Piano firmware, so I'm not feeling like dealing with another DP issue right now. If I feel brave enough later on this evening or tomorrow, I'll give it a go.

OK, my curiosity got the better of me...
I followed your steps, and my MP6 did EXACTLY the same thing!!! I have no idea what's going on. It's certainly something that needs addressing.
For now, that is a combination I shall definitely avoid. However, maybe it will occur with other combinations, too.
Over to you, KJ.

Wow, if your mp6 did the same thing, maybe it is a bug of the mp6's OS. I hope we find a solution.
Regards
Daniel

Of course, but if it wasn't for you, who knows how long it would had taken for this issue to reach them.

It's impressive isn't it! Little problems occur from time to time but it is the company's response to the problems that tells the real story.

It's actually really heartening in this age of faceless and impenetrable corporations for an international company to have such a human face and response. Thanks to James and the engineers for their incredibly speedy response!
