We just bought a new upright Kawai K3 Piano for my 9 years old daughter and we are very happy about it. I have been comparing between a Yamaha & a Kawai and finally decided on the Kawai. I hope that was a good decision.

Congratulations on your new piano, nguyenannie, and welcome to the forum. The K3 is a very nice piano. I am sure you and your family will enjoy it for years to come.

I also just purchased a K-3 in mahogany for my 8 yrs old daughter after comparing it with the U1. It is a nice piano. However, yesterday my daughter showed me the buzzing on the middle C note. Can this be fixed? I have not sent in my registration yet.

nguyenannie and kd123, congratulations on your pianos! We'll all have to start a "piano's for our daughters" club \:\)

kd123, some buzzing is quite normal for a new piano. You should have the tech that is doing your initial tuning have a look and they should be able to take care of it.
