pianobroker 4000 Post Club Member Registered: 05/14/07 Posts: 4309 Loc: North Hollywood CA.	Actually both Kawai baby grands are approximately of the same era as in the late 80's to the early 90's. The KG1E is actually 5'4" and was one of the last predessesors (Kg1E,KG1A,KG1S) of the early RX1. The GE1A was the lower quality Kawai baby grand between the two mdls. Relationship wise, there really is no similarity in the pianos except they are both Kawais. Go for the KG1E if possible.
