Teodor 500 Post Club Member Registered: 12/16/09 Posts: 708 Loc: Bulgaria	Last recital was a blast. That day I had a concert with the class quire and we did awesome. Then that same night I had a piano recital and I was doing ok again! I was so into my piece, so much concentration. I have never had so much concentration before during a performance. I played some bach and then some thaikovski (april) and everyone seemed to like it. I made some mistakes but they did not bother me at all this time. After the recital me and my best friend were at the grocery store on the other side of town. A woman approached us and said "Aren't you two, the pianists from the recital? You did an amazing job" then she went on to praise us in front of everyone in the store and said we two were great musicians. She said we should go by her house sometime and play for her on her piano (her daughter just began lessons). Here is me with my best friend: (she is amazing!) _________________________ Music Pedagogy Major (with piano ^_^)

If you have that joy when you play, that's what people hear, and that's what they care about, not a note error or two. Even Beethoven said as much to his student, Carl Czerny. It's satisfying to hear such good news from you. Even your girlfriend looks very happy in the photo. Having that love for performance is a gift all its own, besides loving the music and the instrument itself. _________________________ Clef

Seeing how I wrote my best friend is really awesome, now I have to say she is awesomely amazing, she threw me such a cool birthday party that I still can't believe. It was a huge surprise, nobody else cared to even try. Even helped me dress as a vampire _________________________ Music Pedagogy Major (with piano ^_^)
