I would like to subscribe too, but the online form doesn't allow for europe as a billing address. Is there a trick to doing it?

I did it. I just put my real street address and city, but put Ontario, Canada and a Canadian postal code.
As the invoice isn't important, and there is no delivery, I figured it didn't matter.

It worked.

The options on this page include PayPal buttons without shipping charges
(it's more complicated going through our store because you have to purposely choose the no shipping option, but the store provides the option of telling us your member number and if you want the badge displayed).
