Which series would you suggest I use for a 16 year old girl? She has never played the piano. She's too old to use the children series but would you use an adult series with her?

Yes - I use a combination of adult method books and the Keith Snell series (Theory, Scale Skills, and Repertoire) when teenagers first begin lessons.

I like the Hal Leonard Adult method. Faber Accelerated is good, too.
