Does anybody know the history of this piano? I have not been able to find adequate info on this cute little piano made by Hardman, Peck in New York. I picked it up from a Salvation Army Thrift store and have fallen in love with it. It has "Eavestaff pianette" and "Mini-Piano" in its logo area. It has a beautiful sound, though I plan to have it tuned. It is getting some nice refinishing TLC right now. I am trying to figure out which numbers on the instrument are the serial numbers but I think it was made in the 60's. Thanks for your help in this matter.

Try www.pianonet.com They have some resources available if you have the time and inclination to search. Also, there is a forum where you can post you rquestions, and they give you a lot of info about manufacturers. Is this what your piano is like?: www.townpiano.com/pianos/16_HardmanPeck.html

Just returning what was given to me when I started asking questions here.
When you get to pianonet.com, click on "resources" to find the forum.
There is a search function which could help cut down your time. Also, try posting a question.
Good luck.
