Hi All!

This is cross-posted on another piano teaching forum, so my apologies if you've already seen it.

With Guild auditions coming up in a few months, my students and I are well into putting our programs together, including choosing musicianship phases to prepare. With that in mind, I've added a Guild page (here) to my studio website. It includes the planning sheet I always use, PDFs of cadences, and links to ear-training exercises I customized using Ricci Adams' musictheory.net, for the Elementary levels (B through F).

Would like to add more in the future, but for now, I hope it will be helpful to any of you preparing students for Guild. Thanks!

~Adrienne

Thanks Adrienne. Your post got me to looking over the musictheory website. I like the interval training that you created. The aural interval training is really great. Now if only I had your technical skills to get this on my website!

Very nice and thoughtful. Thank you.

I just submitted my students to Guild and had planned on posting a reminder to teachers to "git 'er done" but then ran out of time.

The reason for submitting early, like before the end of January, is simple - you stand the best chance of getting your audition date and time preferences. You know your students' needs better than anyone else, so do them a favor and don't procrastinate.
