As a courtesy, Hailun will also have 1 New Cunningham Piano on display so all attending dealers will have the opportunity to see these two unique musical instruments side by side.

This is very exciting to me and I am looking forward to this public display of this fine instrument.

Steinway doesn't show?????

Steinway hasn't exhibited at the NAMM show for years.
If they do anything, it's separate (as in another town).

I was gonna say...

Is it open to the lay public? Where in Anaheim is it (address for GPS would help)? What does it cost to get in? Do manufacturers tend to bring all their basic options or are low-sellers (e.g., Yamaha Silent Piano) likely to not be on the floor? And finally . . .

With all those pianos, how do they keep the noise of others music down to a level where one can play an acoustic instrument and hear the music?

Please forgive these questions resulting from my total ignorance of the subject.

Not open to the public, manufacturers usually bring any new models plus a representation of their line.

The noise in the 3rd floor piano display area isn't bad, the first floor and basement however are really noisey.

Won't be there, but expecting a full report.

You may play the samples as much as you would like! But taking one home would cost some money, I'm afraid. ;-)

I will be in the booth until about noon on Thursday, and will be there for Friday and Saturday.
