Advice needed: how to fix scratches on the plate

Hi, I'd appreciate your advice here: I had a tuner who corrected a buzzing bass string on the very low end on my quite new grand piano (great thing and I'm grateful and happy about that). But at the same time he scratched the plate on the rear end of the piano. There's now 1x1 cm area where the plate is scratched, lacquer and golden paint missing and white surface shown below it. How would you best fix this? What kind of person would you recommend to do it? Thanks for help!

You might start with the dealer you bought the piano from. They probably have someone who does touch ups for them. Otherwise, start calling techs who specialize in restoration.

If you have the proper color, metallic paint blends in really well. If there are deep scratches, Bondo works.
