I found a used Young Chang grand piano. But owner did not buy it new and had no idea about the age.

May I know how I can tell it? Is there year made printed in piano?

If you look for the serial number, which will be printed on the plate when you open the lid, you can search online to find the age, or post it here and perhaps someone with a piano atlas can let you know. It may also help to list the model number for informational purposes - there are some current and former dealers who may have a little insight as to the piano's performance.

Open up the top. Hunt for a serial number. Come back to this website. Get into the Piano Tuner-Technicians forum (not this "Piano Forum"). Ask the same question there, supplying the number. You'll get a pretty fast acurate answer.
