Interlochen in Michigan has a chamber music week for adults in August, if you are ready to branch out. There was an adult piano week in Iowa, I believe, but I haven't heard tell of it for awhile.
You can read plenty of threads about Summerkeys in Maine, Sonata in Vermont, and our own Midsummer Adult Retreat in Massachusetts on the Pianist Forum, if you are willing to travel further afield for a worthy cause (your own musical enrichment).

Has anyone sent a student to the University of Redlands piano camp or have experience with piano camp in California for middle school/high school kids?
