There was an adult piano week in Iowa, I believe, but I haven't heard tell of it for awhile. You can read plenty of threads about Summerkeys in Maine, Sonata in Vermont, and our own Midsummer Adult Retreat in Massachusetts on the Pianist Forum, if you are willing to travel further afield for a worthy cause (your own musical enrichment).
