On the contrary! Singapore is actually number 7 on the list, which is amazing for such a small country. There must be a strong correlation between country's ranking on the Piano World List and it's GDP and standard of living.

So still no-one from the Azores, Central African Republic, Christmas Island, Cocos Islands, Comoros, Guinea-Bissau, Madeira, Marshall Islands, Mayotte, Nauru, North Korea, Pitcairn Island, St Pierre and Miquelon, São Tomé and Principe, Tokelau, Tuvalu, Wallis and Futuna, or Western Sahara?

I think it's a language issue. English isn't that widely spoken in Japan.
