I am having difficulty uploading files to the PW site. I have scanned and created PDFs and then GIFs and neither format will upload. I have also reduced the file size and I still cannot do it. Any suggestions?

Try using an alternative hosting service, such as Mediafire.

Or try rendering as JPG files. Those will work on PW.

Oh yea, I tried JPG too.

I can use my dropbox to share the files, but how do I attach the image of the scan to within the post so I can discuss it and have it be visible

Use the 'Full Reply Screen', click the Insert Image button, then paste the URL to your image.

Or, like KJ said. I think the site has some size limits for graphical files--- that could be your nemesis. Sometimes the site will downsize them, sometimes it will just barf them back up. The onsite graphics loader will e-mail the file location to you, so it's easy to cut-and-paste it to your post from there.
