This was an irresistible moment in time, when I awoke at 3 a.m. climbed my staircase mid-way, turned around and beheld a spectacular view, with special lighting, diffused, fleshing out a Steinway grand, as the centerpiece, though off to the side, and my cat, sleeping in the dim glow.. an overcast olive tint in this portrait. Nice picture! I too have trouble sleeping sometimes. It is not unusual for me to play my piano(s) at 2:00am in the morning. Of course, I suffer for it later that day, if it is a work day.  Rick

Those wee hours can draw out the most inspiration in us. I do the same, and it's surprising that the cops haven't shown up sent by neighbors. But my town house was built in the 80s when walls were more insulated..thank Goddess.
