I have just recently become interested in playing classical music. I am wondering if someone can point me to some websites where I can download free classical sheet music in PDF form. I would like a sight which categorizes it as to grade (level).

IMSLP is great for public domain works.

Oops, didn't read your entire post. I haven't found any site that will categorize the music by level.

I'm not sure if this will work but there's a .pdf document listing a lot of classical pieces by difficulty, it's just a matter of checking the IMSLP site for free copies if available. Let's see if the following link works.

Also, the G Major Theory site lists pieces in order of difficulty.

While the IMSLP site is certainly a massive source, I find that the G Major Theory site is more of what I am looking for. A place which has the pieces arranged for easy perusal within a given GRADE level.
