I fell in love with a new C3 at my Yamaha dealer's last week and after much debate and consideration, went back and bought it Friday. I had the luxury of being able to play 9 or 10 pianos over a 4 hour period and for most of the time, I was the only person playing. I narrowed it down to a C2 and the C3, but I really love the sound of the bass on the C3.
I did trade in my GB1 and will really miss the look of the polished walnut, but the sound of the new piano made it worth the trade.
My family is seriously considering doing an intervention for my piano obsession.

I'm very lucky that they've indulged my obsession so far. I'm also lucky that my southwestern livingroom/great room has nice acoustics so that my piano sounds even better than it did at the dealer's showroom.

Of course, I'm biased as I'm also a happy owner of a C3, just approaching its one-year anniversary. It's my fifth piano, and the first one I've really been happy with, and love it more every day. (It took me a while - going on 20 years - to find the right one!)

I'm sure it'll give you many happy years of music making.

ps - I wouldn't worry about the piano obsession - I think we all share it here.

I had to suffer through a long day at work waiting to play it again. I'm posting the pictures of the delivery as is the custom. Strangely, must be the season, but a lunch-buddy/co-worker/friend bought a new high-end Martin acoustic guitar this weekend. We're both floating on cloud 9. Kinda like finding that pony under the tree!
