Try using the google search box on the left margin-- others have posted their experiences on the forum.
Although I have no firsthand experience with this dealer (Florida sounds nice this time of year!), I have heard good things about them from other dealers.

Yes, I made a special trip to Florida just to see their pianos (but not to buy). They have an excellent selection at various price points, and the high end pianos they have are hard to find elsewhere. It's worth a visit, even if you don't buy a piano from them.
