I saw this over at Motifator.com: http://www.pedalstop.com

Might be useful for some people. I have my sustain pedal's cord sandwiched between two bricks. I really hate it when it moves around! mad

Sells for $24.95. Got a better way? Let us know.

I'm thinking about buying some rubber strips from the $1 store (well 100 yen store) and sticking them to the bottom of my pedals (expression, sustain, and switch) to prevent them sliding around.

However your solution looks rather more professional (and permanent).

I had a Roland pedal where a rubber flap rotated out from under the pedal to reside under your foot. Your foot kept the pedal from travelling. (The spell checker highlighted 'travelling' because it wants to see only one L. Tough, I grew up with two Ls.)

On jobs I simply use duct tape.

I've always preferred the Roland pedals for this very reason.

Greetings HwyStar. I posted the Pedal Stop info on Motifator. I have updated it as well and I will also do so here from now on. My company makes the Pedal Stop. We have a new version made of carbon steel and is adjustable up to 6”. This is feature allows the accessory to be used in a sitting or standing position. It’s offered on my website at www.pedalstop.com. We hope to get in stores by June.
