Paul :
Welcome to the Pianist Corner of Piano World.
I would have thought - and hoped - that someone wanting to introduce himself to a new forum would be a little more pro-active than simply adding a link to his website, a website, which seems primarily to promote your product (on-line lessons) than to present yourself. Taking the time to tell us about yourself and why you want to be here would have been so much more inviting than your website, slick and professional though it may be.
Here, we talk about technique, repertoire, interpretation, performance and performers. I hope that, as a new member, you will participate in these discussions.
Regards,

I had exactly the same thought as Bruce. Your material looks very interesting, but I don't think most people will have quite the interest or motivation to really get into it that they would if it were from someone who was a participating member in the usual sense. I think it's simply in the nature of an internet discussion site for this to be so. (Certainly that's how it was to me.) Don't misunderstand; there's nothing wrong with doing it just as you did, but, the interest in it will probably be more limited. We do appreciate having you here regardless.
