I'd worry about lessons and practice and technique, etc. Even Yanni doesn't play his own piano in concert. It doesn't matter if your piano is out of tune with concert pitch as long as it's in tune with itself - however, if your piano can't be tuned at all, then it's time to get a new instrument because a piano that can't be tuned is broken and you can't practice on a broken instrument.

If you're playing with other instrumentalists, they can probably tune their instruments down to A=415hz. But if you are going to eventually perform the music on a piano or keyboard at concert pitch, you'll need to learn to adjust your ears to concert pitch because the pitch difference is substantial.

I don't know Rotom - that is really flat. Some instrumentalists can't change that much, but most simply won't want to. Enjoy the piano at the pitch it is if repair is too costly and remember - there are other pianos out there. Another instrument is probably your best long term solution. Good Luck,

Exactly. Most winds and brass wouldn't be able to tune that flat, and it would bother some singers too.
A better question is why is your restored instrument unable to be tuned properly?
