Krummholz Full Member Registered: 01/04/12 Posts: 54	I'm not sure if you'd call the Bagatelles (Op. 33, 119, and 126) lesser known, but they are all great and sometimes very unusual smaller works of Beethoven. A bit further off the beaten path is one of my favorite little gems of his, the Allegretto in b minor, WoO 61. Tim Adrianson Full Member Registered: 08/07/10 Posts: 430	I would definitely look at his Variations -- I believe Henle has 2 separate Volumes to cover them. Beethoven generally took a popular operatic aria or theme of the day and wrote anywhere from 4 to 10 variations on them. The writing is generally original and ingenious, and gives one a good introduction to his quite unique writing for piano.
