Hello forum!

I can play Frédéric Chopin's Nocturne No.20 & 21 am i ready for the 19th Nocturne Opus.72 No.1?
For me it seems like the pattern is quite hard to play. And there is quite a strecth. When i tried to play the opening it all fellt like i needed to jump from note to note making it sound kind of blurry.
But what do you think?

Yes, you're ready to give it a try.
And don't really "stretch"; sort of glide and move.
And yeah, don't "jump."

Pivot on your 2nd or 3rd finger. Just practise the first 5 bars in LH till you're comfortable with them then the rest of the nocturne is pretty much all there (save bars 33 to 37).

Right on Mark C ... Glide (free as air) the LH ripples ... the upward sweep of more than an octave takes some initial mastering
(ie. E, B, G) but soon becomes innate ... the Andante (molto legato) slows the pace ... so that you don’t feel that you’re breaking fingers.

Yes, you should give it a try, even if it has some additional difficulties, as you have already noticed. But you are supposed to progress, and progress doesn't happen if you don't increase the difficulty step by step (with time), so take the challenge.
