That was very nice, Dara. I listened to and watched all 10+ minutes of it and enjoyed every second.

There is a lot of value to quietude, though I don’t think I’ve heard that term before. It did cause me to slow down a bit and reflect and take it all in. It seems like I have two primary tempos in my music and my life… fast and faster! I need to slow down a bit… smile

Here is another performance making use of the 102-note Stewart and Sons piano.


Arvo Part talking about Alina....a need to concentrate on each sound, so that every blade of grass, would be as important as a flower

And wouter79 , that's a wonderful version of 'Fratres' by Keith Jarrett and Gidon Kremer.

I really love this piece and Arvo Part.. I'm wondering if I was lucky enough to hear Indrek perform this in Chicago bout 6 or 7 years ago? I think so...

it's so wonderfully contemplative... and those bass notes.
