And this is how I ended up on the YDP161..

Saving up any more money for a DP and it'd seem like a burden getting the digital piano rather than an enjoyable experience.

Second,
I have played the 161 aswell as the 181 model, and the CLP430. Okay there was a difference between all these models;

YDP161--YDP181 .. 250 pounds price difference

YDP181 had probably better speakers you could feel more of a vibration when you pressed the keys. Worth paying 250 pound extra for , don't think so..
----

YDP161--CLP430 .. 600 pound price difference

CLP430 keys felt exactly the same to me/just as good as the ones in the YDP and I noticed no difference smile Speakers were good in the CLP but the ones in the YDP were good enough aswell. And that left tone, it had a somewhat better tone than the YDP. Nothing drastic.. Worth paying 600 pound more for it? Dont think so.

Off-topic, but shokz, looking at your signature, make sure you watch the 'SUPER' version of Titanic 3D:

Haha its funny you sent me that, I saw it yesterday on youtube laugh I typed in titanic in 3d trailer or something similar and this came up on top with millions of views. (I had already booked my ticket before I watched this). And I had a very relucant look on my face thinking what on EARTH IS THIS!?? Like I thought I only booked it in 3D, and this was a completely different movie haha. I straight away went to youtube search, and searched again looking for another trailer lol And then a sigh of relief.

Just to add, I find it cool that the YDP161 was the first ever digital piano I played, and it turns out that is the one I got smile
